Which started production in1977 has been actively operating in the NON WOVEN sector using the state –of-art- technology within an area of 23.500 square meters, being 13.500 square meters enclosed area, at 1st Organized Industry Region of Kayseri.Filter articles and various pads have been produced at the factory for use in the production of bed, sofa, home textile, ready-made clothes and fitler.Our factory which has the capacity to process in total 1000 tons of fiber per month has been making production by using latest state -of-art-technology. Geo-Textile felt, cleaning sheet, fitler production, article of base(sole)have been included in the production range in 2006
AKELYAF Technics Textile documented its importance given onto the quality by earning an international ISO 9001 Certificate of quality in1999.Furthermore, it has determined production standarts of polyester pads in Turkey by obtaining the
‘’Service Eligibility Certificate ‘’and’’production Eligibility Certificate ‘’from TSE.
Specific Characteristics Of The Filling Fibers Produced By Our Fİrm
• Made of % 100 pure silicon polyester fiber. High quality, fixed diameter hollow polyester fibers have been used.
• Since Polyester fibers have flexible and conjugate structure, they preserve their structure againts mechanical pressures to be applied on them repeatedly and they do not lose their homogeneousness. They are smooth and slick because of their siliconus structure cannot be spoiled. It may restore to its original condition. No dirt and objectionable odor form in its structure.
• Due to its flexible structure it can take the desired shape. It provides an economic utilization field.
• When it is used the ready-made cloth as the filler material it provides a good insulation at low temperatures .
• Due to its bulky structure quantity of fiber used in unit productions is low; therefore it is economic in reference to other filler materials. Every white filling material is not %100 siliconized filling material. Products avaliable in the market under the name of siliconus fiber, which set bad example have both degraded level of quality in the sector and eventually consumers coult not reach at the quality deserved by the customer. Before fibers are made to form a product they are kept resting in the room of mixture under hygienic conditions in order that they may gain condition, accordingly production of much more healthier, homogenous and bulky products has been ensured.
