Our product range is from small and handy manual textile staplers until larger pneumatic classic textile staplers. They fit for all the usual textile uses, such as stapling facings, sleeves, side vents, rear borders, front pocket borders and interfacing into sleeves, etc.
Of course we produce all matching staples ourselves – 100 % made in Germany !

We produce as well manual and pneumatic label staplers to attach care and production labels in industrial production. Also deliverable with a multiple stapling function and various kinds of staples.

New at TexProcess we present a pneumatic device for attaching the stops on endless zips with a width of up to 5 mm. The device is installed in the workplace and operated with a pedal. An inexpensive alternative to a feed hopper.

The technique has many advantages:

Increasing the quality of the work
The pinning and basting common in the clothing industry can easily be replaced with stapling.
The small unique staples are simply removed from the fabric after sewing.
Our staples can be used for
• sleeve vents,
• facings and borders,
• front pocket borders,
• bundle or process cards
• cutting pieces and sleeves
• interfacings for sleeves, and much more.

Cost reduction
The capital expenditure for staplers and unique staples is minimal. The various steps in the work process can be carried out quicker and therefore cheaper.

Apart from the classic tools for the clothing industry, we also produce other pneumatic and manual staplers for various materials, such as leather, carpets, paper, cardboard, millboard, blister packs, etc.
