Arabian Textile has expanded and enjoys market share in a very short span of time, speaking of its commitment. Arabian Textile was formed when Mr. Qasim Sangani, a well-known trader in the field of home textile and garments decided to form an entity by the name of Arabian Textile Mills.

• When the company was founded

Arabian Textile Millsstarted commencing its operation in the year 2000. It has been 10 years of success glory, which Arabian enjoys in the market of home textiles.

• Turnover or size of the company

With the continuous efforts of company business developers and marketing executives there is an ongoing increment in the sales of Arabian textiles product year after year, and in the last financial year company annual sales turnover was 1,429,687.5 FY (2009, July – 2010, June) U.S dollars.

Arabian textile mills, has been successful in their processing unit in the earlier stage of their formation, so that gives motivation to their founders to further expand their company by achieving vertical integration in their own roots of the textile business, today there are sister concerns and its subsidiaries are working parallel with its main unit, these sister concerns are, Arabian Textile Weaving Unit, Arabian Textile Stitching unit and Arabian Textile Wholesale Dept.

Arabian Textile and its sister concerns workforce comprises into two categories, direct and indirect employees, there altogether 370 employees working in ATM, in which 70’s are direct and 300’s are indirect labor.

Arabian Textile now considered as primarily market leader in home textile market with major focus on exports. The current exports to countries including Middle East, Europe, and Africa and South America region.

Arabian textile mill is engaged in manufacturing of bed sheets and printed fabrics under umbrella of different brands most popular and acknowledged internationally.  The company operates under the management of highly skilled directors, which bring with them the market expertise and innovation.

• Flexibility regarding delivery times and volumes, vertical range of manufacture

Arabian Textile Mills have got all in house facilities of producing quality grey fabrics. Under the supervision, quality grey fabrics are produced on latest series of sulzer machines with the state of the art facilities. The Company has acquired sulzer loom machines and also having a Warping machines to cater the need of Grey Fabric. We are now equipped with our own manufacturing of raw fabric (Grey) to give the stated quality to our prestigious clients, and fulfilling their demand, with this facility we can ensure them to give what they exactly want, stated no addition and subtraction from the quality perspective. Furthermore Arabian Textile not only has the support of its backward vertical integration but it’s also equipped with the forward vertical integration with the setup installed for the stitching of printed fabrics for the final operation of this business as a output of finished bedsheets. So we have one door setup from yarn manufacturing to weaving and than finishing to stitching of bedsheets, which ensure total quality control under one umbrella and curtailing cost of middle main in each phase of this value chain, hence incurring lowest cost as much as possible.

With the advantage of company own manufacturing of raw fabric to finished product, we can assure you the delivery of whole consignment of your preference within 20 days from the placement of the order. We delivered our order from the world’s fast-moving shipping lines Bay Line, Maersk and APL. These lines gives us an edge to track our goods online from their website so that we can ensure our customer the exact delivery time at their origin.

The company has various processes to perform therefore the horizontal differentiation has been achieved through departmentalization; each has been managed by specialized, skilled and experience supervisors. The effectiveness in the management turns into the biggest competitive strength for the company, where synchronization between departments led the company to perform its operations smoothly.

Due to adverse situation in the global environment company feels its own responsibility as the hazards and the wastage of chemicals during the production can be one of the cause of this pollution, Company has several filter plants for this purpose whose mere responsibility is to make a re-use of the wastage or if not than make it possible to not harmful for the environment, where as all chemicals used in different processes are environmental friendly and company makes sure that it shouldn’t use any such chemicals.
