Arcasting is an Italian alloy wheels factory located on the north east part of the country. Our wheels are 100% developed and MADE in ITALY. We have After Market line for normal vehicles for SUV for 4x4 and for light truck; racing line versions gravel, tarmac and circuit for cars  plus racing line 4x4; Armored  line for vehicle and 4x4; Military line for Defender and we are official supplier of Fiat group.

Inside Arcasting we have:
- Internal style office able to propose new style or to work in co-designe with the customer
- Internal technical office able to develop from the approuved style the casting mould and all the machining and checking materials necessary to produce.
- Quality dept. able to run internally the Certification tests like impact, bending moment, salt spray and cass test. Of course we can also support all the necessary samples and data for Third parties certificators like TUV.
- Logistic and production services able to organize all the production steps plus transport to transform in the right time your order in delivery.
- A good technique and commercial service after sale.
- Casting in “ LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM” using Al Si 11% alloy for not heat treated wheels and/or Al Si 7% alloy for heat treated wheels, X ray 100%; Heat Treatment T6; CNC machining; leak test 100%; deburring; paint; packing; stock.

3 melting ovens, 1 degassing equipment to clean the alloy, 6 low pressure machines, 2 Xray equipments, 2 full CNC machining lines, 2 leak test equipments, 1 3D dimensional check robot, 1 spectrograf for  chemical checks, 1 impact test equipment, 1 bending moment test equipment, 1 salt spray/cass test equipment for a production capacity of 300.000 wheels per year that if necessary, with minor investment can arrive at 500.000 wheels per year.
