Our company:
Welcome
Arly-Laminating Quilting facilitates the production of high quality materials for companies in the furniture, automotive, medical and technical textile industries. The core of our service is bonding different materials either mechanically or by gluing. This is done to the exact specification of the customer. The techniques Arly Laminating-Quilting has in house are lamination, reinforced stitching and dye-cutting.
The beginning
In 1963, Wim van Nes founded Arly. He focused primarily on lamination for the brassiere industry. The range of applications has significantly increased with reinforced textile and laminates for car door panels, air filters, furniture textiles, mattresses and synthetic leather.
Arly for her customers
The added value of Arly Laminating-Quilting for its clients goes beyond the high quality laminating of materials. Based on years of experience and a keen focus on innovation Arly Laminating-Quilting advises on technological and commercial aspects of material selection and laminating techniques. Combined with a flexible and customer oriented approach, this quickly leads to a solution that fits the needs and requirements of the customer. We bring it together!
Quality
Arly Laminating-Quilting is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The quality of the entire production process, from order intake to delivery and after sales care, is carefully monitored and guaranteed. For the (customer specific) testing of product properties and stability Arly uses its own testing facilities.
Investing in a better environment
Care for the environment is a primary concern at Arly Laminating-Quilting. The demand for environmentally friendly materials is increasing and Arly continually seeks new ways to meet these requirements. A good example of this is the investment in hotmelt laminating technology.
