Artapower was found in 1980 as a Design House for products such as stationery, packaging, greeting cards, toys, premiums and books.  In 1982, the Company had expanded its role from a designer to a product developer.  In 1987, we set up our own production plant in China for soft toys, paper products and bags starting with 32 workers. Up to now, we have expanded our factory scale and with over  3,000 people .

With 27 years experience for our management team and workers in factories, we have become professional for many products in the market.  We understand our customer cultures, likes and dislikes. We are sensitive to the changes of the market such as the new design needs, the latest safety regulations, etc. We are also very conscious to the market’s economic situation and the keen competition within an industry.
