VISION
We at Ashoka are committed to bring in the change, a change towards use of eco-friendly products which are organic, natural, degradable, re-usable and recycled. Idea is to reduce irresponsible use of plastics which are choking our Earth and spoiling our Environment. Our contribution to this cause may be small compared to the magnitude of the problem but we know that one of our bag would replace hundreds of plastic bags! If we can persuade one person to use a reusable bag in place of plastic bags, it would eliminate thousands of plastic bags!
BACKGROUND
Ashoka Exports was founded in 1970 and started with manufacture of Jute bags for packaging of fertilizers and chemicals. Our Company suffered a setback with the introduction of HDPE bags which replaced all jute packaging. But we were firm in our resolve to promote eco-friendly products and reinvented jute from bulk packaging to fashion and personal use. Since then our Company has been growing at twenty five percent annually. Our Company has expanded its infrastructure by adding more area, equipment, manpower and products. Ashoka has continuously introduced innovative products and ideas in its commitment towards a greener globe through its 3G motto GREENING GROWTH GLOBALLY.
