Selectiva Moda is an association that was created to promote the Portuguese textile sector and fashion industry on an international scale.

Associação Selectiva Moda (ASM) is highly committed to the internationalisation of the TCI – Portuguese Textiles and Clothing Industry – and fulfils its goal by developing, selecting, and organising group participations of Portuguese companies in many renowned textile and fashion exhibitions.

In Portugal, ASM organizes two annual editions of MODTISSIMO — Exhibition of Fabrics and Accessories, Portuguese Garment Makers, Textiles for Tomorrow, and Fashion Accessories—an event that is essential to demonstrating Portuguese creativity, and also boasts a large and privileged space to promote the internationalization of Portuguese textiles and fashion.

ASM was established in 1992 as a result of a partnership agreement between APIM (Portuguese Association of Knitwear and Garment Making Industries), and Fedemaille.

Today, ASM is composed of ATP – Portuguese Textile and Clothing Association – and ANIL – National Association of the Wool Industry.

All projects developed by Selectiva Moda are made in partnership with ICEP Portugal (Portuguese Foreign Trade Institute) and integrated into the PRIME project (Incentives Program for the Modernization of the Economy).
