A.S. was established in 1971 with a US$ 4,000,000.00 registered capital within Ceylan Group to trade as an exporter, importer, wholesaler and local distrubutor of spare parts of in particular Massey Ferguson Tractors but additionally full parts of Ford, Fiat, New Holland, John Deere, Case International and Steyr Tractors and Perkins Engine spare parts.

It is one of the leading tractor spare part companies of Turkish Market that is serving and supplying equipments and parts to over 1200 retailers in different regions of Turkey and to 80 different countries and stocking almost 8000 different parts which can meet all needs of its customers and track more than 65.000 different spare parts on the computer system.

Company moved to its own building in the year 2000 and serving in 5.400 m² covered and 1600 m² open area and companies registered trade mark "expert agritrac" is being used on packages of the goods.

Export organizations of the group is being operated by Aksa Global Dis Tic Ltd Sti who is a member of a group already and another group company Eksper Dis Tic Ltd Sti operates in Istanbul Free Zone and takes an active role in international trade.
