Colback^® is a spunbond nonwoven fabric that enables a broad range of industrial manufacturing processes. The brand stands for class-leading technology, maximum product performance and close customer support. We offer an extensive catalogue of Colback^® products designed for numerous end-uses. The product range spans recycled material and incorporated composites such as glass scrim. Common to all Colback^® nonwovens is their unique composition of thermally bonded bi-component filaments with a polyester core and a polyamide or polypropylene skin.

Its unique design delivers properties that make Colback^® the preferred choice for premium products in the flooring, automotive and roofing industry. Colback^® has proven its performance serving as backing for tufted carpet tiles, broadloom carpet, synthetic turf, automotive carpet and as reinforcement for roofing membranes.

Thanks to in-house expertise and experience, we can tailor Colback^® nonwovens to suit specific manufacturing processes and the requirements of complex finished products. Colbond’s product range also comprises three-dimensional monofilament matrixes of different polymers, shapes and weights. These are sold under the brand name Enka^®-Spacer. Typical applications include the use as spacers, flow media or breathers in PU molding, resin infusion and similar processes in the composites industry.
