Our company produces and sells spare parts for: - shock absorbers; - power steering, pumps and gear boxes; - electric steering boxes; - and recently introduced servo-brake.
What makes Emmetec different to other major suppliers of spare parts is the maximum flexibility on the way that products can be delivered: - you can buy ready-to-use kits for certain kinds of vehicle: you tell us what you need to repair and we arrange everything to let you perform a whole overhauling process with proper spare parts; - you may purchase single components, choosing from a wide range of items into our technical catalogue and order what better meets your needs; - or, you can get our state-of-art “Stand-by System” solution: it is a warehouse box delivered ready-to-use and containing a whole set of items (like seals, o-rings and piston rings), so that you can easily repair any kind of shock absorber or power steering with just a small range of components. PROFESSIONAL TOOLS, UTILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND TEST BENCHES
In addition to spare parts, we produce and sell a wide range of tools to help technicians during their everyday work on shocks, power steering and servo-brakes, including: - screw-taps and centering devices; - various equipment to apply on the lathe; - assembling and extracting tools for internal parts; - gas pressurizers (including patented PR 93-100 Emmetec®); - specific intruments, such as professional torque meters and pressure testers.
All instruments are widely introduced into our catalogues, after spare parts.
A special mention is necessary for our professional workstation MANGUSTA, an all-in-one equipment that allows to cut, thread and weld shocks with automatic processes, and PRECISA, the universal test bench for shock absorbers. Please watch "Products" page for further information.

A great part of our everyday work is spent making researches on new products, as well as finding new solutions for marketed components; we think that such knowledge is an important resource to share with our customers. Thus, we frequently publish new documents concerning methods to repair a new part, or new tools which can improve some overhauling processes. There are a number of ways to access such resources: - looking at every annual edition of our catalogues, as every time technicians can find new whitepapers on the most recent technologies; - attending our periodic live meetings at our headquarters, where technicians from all over the world bring their experience and explain state-of-art solutions; - or ordering our digital classes, that can be easily watched at home with a simple DVD player.
