COMPANY PROFILE
WEAVING UNITS:
Equipped with most modern 76 Shuttle Less looms and 54 Auto looms, with warping and sizing machines capable to produce all type of woven fabrics. We also hire approx 350 looms on conversion basis under our own supervision to full fill the requirement of our export orders. Beside these we also use to buy the ready fabrics from the reliable grey suppliers to meet the timely delivery with the quality product.
PRINTING / DYEING UNIT:
Equipped with state of the Art 02 UNICA REGGIANI rotary printing machine of 3.2 Meters width to print 12 colors, with complete back processing, designing and engraving i.e. Singeing and Desizing of OSTHOFF, Continuous Bleaching Double Stage KLEINEWEFERS machine, Designing / Engraving & Exposing is done on CAD/CAM, INK JET, CST machines.
Color fixing been done on AIROLI color fixing machine from Italy.
Finishing on 02 BRUCKNER stenters, 5-chamber machine from Germany. 01 BRUCKNER stenters, 5 chambers machine from Germany with DYE-VOC attachment.
02 Calenders RAMISCH KLEINEWEFERS, 4 bowl, 3.2 meters wider with 150 tons pressure machine from Germany.
HOME TEXTILES:
Equipped with automatic cutting, stitching, finishing, comforter, quilting machines all capable to produce 200,000 Bed Sets, Twin, Full, Queen and King, 12,000 Curtains and 2,000 Quilts per month, also Garment Machine to produce sufficient quantity of Polyfill
KNITTED GARMENTS CONFECTION UNIT:
Equipped with most modern 600 machines all under one roof to turn out 20,000 Dozens a month.
OVERSEAS BUSINESS:
To have a better access to the American markets and being a part of our international expansion program, we have established a new apparel-stitching unit in Jordan named as HI TECH TEXTILES, mostly doing the denim garments. Also recently started our new set up in Egypt named as HI TECH TEXTILES II to facilitate our customer all over the world.
