Weaving
In order to meet the challenges of quota free market in 2005, 24 VAMATEX LEONAROD DYNA TERY looms have been added, and will be added 24 looms in 2007, to increase the production capacity substantially.
Fazal Sardar Textile Mills / Fazal Sardar Trading Co has top of the line warping made by Benninger, both sectional as well as direct warpers followed by the latest Benninger Sizing machines which is fully computerized for producing consistent and controlled quality.
Weaving facility also has the state –of- the art sized beam handling system, which ensures touch less handling of yarn on beams.
The weaving depart has the latest humidification system that maintains the required temperature and relative humidity.
On the other hand Fazal Sardar has 152 power looms which are capable of weaving excellent quality barmops and institutional white towels.
Processing & Finishing
On-line quality control to assure the right concentration of treatment on chemicals is an area, which is given priority.
We have a versatile dyeing department with continues Pad steam, Pad bath as well as Soft Flow dyeing machines, high temperatures and steam dryers thus the flexibility to dye reactive as well as VAT in any shades of our customers imagination.
