The Gumatex corporation is the leading producer of technical fabrics in Ukraine. The enterprise consists of four factories, each of them possessing an independent technological process and a broad assortment. The Corporation produces the whole range of technical fabrics, namely:
- Fabrics for production of conveyor belts; - Fabrics for production of belts and other mechanical rubber goods; - Fabrics for production of flexible ventilation work shafts; - Filtrating fabrics; - Fabrics used for production of transport tyres
Large customers of technical fabrics produced by the Gumatex Corporation are mechanical rubber goods (MRG) plants and tyre plants using such fabrics for production of conveyor belts, driving belts, hoses and other MRG.
In 2007 a modern German technological line for impregnation of fabrics with mixtures on the basis of synthetic latex and their heat treatment at a high temperature with simultaneous edgewise and lengthwise stretching results in significant improvement of technical characteristics of fabrics, particularly, in increased strength of fabric and rubber connection and reduction of shrinkage of products in the process of their use.
According to the customers demands, non-typical fabrics possessing special physical and mechanical properties, are developed.
The enterprise deals with manufacture of garment products. Stitching equipment allows to broaden the assortment of produced goods significantly.
Close attention to the quality of products and to work with clients are the highest priorities of the Corporation.
