In the field of mass transport complexes, INGE´s luminaires have been used with great success for the illumination of entrance halls, escalator tunnels and departure platforms in a number of underground stations in Prague, Paris and Lille. These special luminaires meet high technical standards and can work in a high demand environment. They fulfil not only their basic function, i.e. illuminating a certain area, but also can contain communication cables, as well as security and monitoring system cables in underground stations thanks to the luminaire body-tube structure. These luminaires have been used for lighting at other mass transport facilities, e.g. bus stations.
