1957:Acquisition by Wilhelm Karmann GmbH, a renowned full-service- vehicle-supplier for the international automotive industry
1961:Implementation of the company’s first coating line (coating of textile surfaces in widths of up to 150 cm)
1966: Extension of the business segments to the corporate sector “Systems & Components Automotive” (production of thermoplastic parts)
1993:Foundation of the first subsidiary „Heytex Neugersdorf GmbH“ in Saxony, Germany
1997:Start of operation of the first coating line for textile surfaces in widths of up to 5 m
