Juluen Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 1989 as an Emergency Warning Light manufacturer. At the beginning of establishment, Juluen served the domestic market with a goal of establishing overseas market in mind. With insistence in providing quality products and superb customer service, Juluen expanded its markets worldwide and became one of the most trusted manufacturers in the industry.

In 1995, with expertise in electronics, Juluen was able to satisfy the needs of several customers requesting for Mobile Phone Accessories; mainly vehicular Hands Free products. Thus, Juluen shifted its focus and became a major exporter to Europe.

In 2003, Juluen shifted its focus back to the Emergency Warning Light product line. With emphasis in R&D and through working closely with customers, Juluen once again emerged as the leading Asian manufacturer in the industry.
