The high quality of our Lidrewa wood products is achieved by careful turning or milling and superfine finish sanding. Keller-Egger use only FSC certified solid beech wood for the Lidrewa products.

All wood parts for the Lidrewa pepper and salt mills are manually varnished or oiled with several intermediate sanding operations. All varnishes and oils are approved for food applications. Repeated quality controls ensure excellent quality.

The Lidrewa grinding gears are subjected to regular tests to guarantee consistent quality. The assembly of the pepper and salt mills of wood and the surface treatment are also performed manually and exclusively in Germany.
