Move -  the lifestyle brand

The move brand has been established in 1927, and until manufactures its core product lines in Saxony/Germany, the cradle of Central European terry weaving. The most stringent ecological and quality standards are being applied in the entire production process, and these are continuously checked and enforced by means of external controls based on the company’s ISO 9001:2000 certification as well as the ‘Öko-tex 100’ classification of its product range. In addition the wellness range of bath linens has been awarded the ‘class A’ seal of the German Eco-test organisation.

Over the recent years move has evolved from a traditional bath linen manufacturing business into a lifestyle brand offering high quality products as well as exclusive design. The complete concept revolving around bath & living now features, apart from the core bath textiles and robes, bath and home accessories as well as bedlinen, decorative accessories and home wear.
Seasonal themes and one-offs complete the collection.

The move concept features five individually displayed products lines – basic, active, fashion, nature, premium – as well the home and bath accessories collection ‘moeve plus’. Even though each line represents a collection in its own right, they contribute an integral part of the complete concept.

Distinguishing features of these product lines are:

basic: modern and durable bath textile range, clearly structured, in vibrant colours

active: fresh approach to linens and robes, tough and young

fashion: seasonally changing take on fashion themes in the well-known move quality of jacquards; always matching basic colour range

nature: cotton-linen range of high-quality and weighty bath linen, robes and mats

premium: high-quality yarns, craftsmanship and exclusive designs

move+: a bath and home collection which can be matched to each of the lines to form a complete product story

The five individual products lines are permanently evolving and developing. Two new complete collections are being launched each year with the most obvious changes happening in the ‘fashion’ range. While its patterns and entire themes change each season, changes in basics are largely extending to adding new colours and robes to match. Future additions will be an entirely new body care and home fragrance concept, to be launched within the coming months.

The move collections of high-quality and innovative bath linens will continue to be manufactured in Germany. Obvious reasons for these are not only quality control and management, but also flexibility in production and design as well as quick response to the needs and demands of the various markets.
