Company Profile
Mingle Instrument Ltd. was established in 1987 in Hong Kong with its production plant in China, housing over 21.000 square meters and with manpower of over 1.200 well trained workers. A European office and warehouse was also established in 2002, in Düsseldorf, Germany, to offer our European customers a fast service as our logistic centre is based in Europe. In 7 major cities in China, we established a network of sales offices. In the year 2005, we also established a new sales office for the Japanese Market in Tokyo.
Mingle have pioneered in manufacturing various types of thermometers and hygrometers for years and it has evidenced our leading position in the industry. As a result, we carry a wide assortment of kitchen, household and special thermometers and hygrometers that comply with international standards.
Apart from the thermometers and hygrometers, the global environment has driven us to create more innovative products. As an example in merging our R&D power and production capacity, we are proud to present our Barometers, Altimeters, Weather Stations, Clocks, UV Sensors®, EVERLight® LEDs, also hand-shake, crank-powered or twist torches to our customers. Their recognition of innovation in different markets has not only brought us record high sales volume, but also impel us to firmly target our aim on developing innovative products that are both practical and creative.
OEM
We have also been proven that our OEM business, which we fulfil with great success world wide, has brought many well-known brands to us, which have become our OEM Partners. We fulfil this role with such success, as we have over 60 qualified engineers who are solely responsible for this area of business and accomplish their assignments with great professionalism and joy. We are always open to and welcome all new and interesting projects within this business area.
Our Prospect
In order to cope with the rapid expansion of our current business, a new plant located only 2 minutes drive time away from our old plant has been completed in the early months of 2006. The new plant is an individual building block, solely owned by Mingle with over 100.000 square meters, which is approximately 4 times larger than the former space. All operations from metal forming to logistic control will be centralised for optimal control. Founded on our achievements, the new plant truly represents our vision in future growth and prosperity.
Production Plant
Mingle Metal (Shenzen) Co. Ltd. set up in 1991, is a wholly owned subsidiary production plant of Mingle Instrument Ltd., located in Shenzen with over 21.000 sqm, which is just 35 minutes away from the Shenzen border.
Our plant has more than 1.200 well-trained staff and over 120 machineries from conventional lathes, milling machines, up to EDM machines and CNC machines to boost a monthly production capacity of over 1.000.000 finished goods. Starting from the stage of material selection, our Purchasing Department and IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team have worked together to establish a network of reliable suppliers, which ensure prompt deliveries as well as consistent best quality and fair prices.
Our experienced engineers and qualified workers ensure skilful constructions during the metal forming; also die cut processes and a smooth flow in assembly lines.
Finally, due to the qualified work of our Quality Assurance Department and our in-house laboratory, our products are all tested according to international standards such as ASTM, DIN and EN to ensure they are all in top condition before shipment.
