HISTORY OF MOUNT FUJI TEXTILES LTD:The story of water-jet looms in Pakistan is the story of Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd. The company began trading in textiles in the early 1980’s. With all its know-how and experience and the increasing demands, the group decided to enter the field of manufacturing and Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd came into inception, in the year 1987. Since then the company has been making rapid progress and is currently one of the best composite textile houses of 100% polyester, microfiber and blended fabrics in the country. The mill is presently a composite unit with an installed capacity of 540 wider width looms that can produce quality fabrics as per customer’s requirement. The mill also has a state-of-the-art stitching unit and few special purpose machines to service the customized demands of its valued customers.

PLANT & MACHINERY:Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd is equipped with all the required plant & machinery to cater customized and specified customer’s requirements and standards.The company has an in-house warping machine, weaving unit, knitting machines, seersucker machines, warding plant (polyfill),  cushion blow filling machine, quilting machines, foam manufacturing plant, automatic chair seat filling plant, ultra sonic edge cutting machine an state of art stitching unit.  All units are equipped with the latest and state-of-the-art technology. The company depends on commercial sources for getting the fabric processed and finished. To make this process more efficient, the company has established strategic alliances with major processing houses in the country so as to make is process more efficient and effective.

SECTIONAL WARPING AND WEAVING:
As Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd specializes in 100% polyester and its blend, all our machines is make-to-order for warping and weaving 100% polyester.
We have 04 latest, fully equipped and state-of-the-art sectional warping machines with a capacity to warp 28,000 lbs of yarn on beams every day.
Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd weaving unit is equipped with 540 wider width f-type looms to utilize it’s the sectional warping capacity.  
•    380 automatic fly-shuttle dobby looms (wider width).
•    60 rapiers looms      (F-type).
•    100 sulzer shuttle-less Looms (F-type)
All these looms combine to weave approximately 1.5 million meters per month.
KNITTING:
•    15 circular knitting machines.
•    Which can wrap fabric from 100 to 400 GSM qualities.
•    We can produce single jersey and terry fabric on these machines.

SEERSUCKER TECHNOLOGY:
One of the specialties of Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd is its in-house narrow and wider width seersucker machines. These machines are latest U.S. mechanical seersucker technology from MICREX. We are the only one in Pakistan offering wider width seersucker.
We now have 04 mechanical seersucker machines to fulfill the increasing demand of seersucker fabric.

•    We can seersucker 40,000 meters of fabric per day.
This special process always gives an edge to us and our customers to provide value to the final consumer.   
POLYFILL PLANT:
Due to the increasing demands of our home textile (filled) products all over the world and to get a better control on the quality; Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd went into putting up a warding plant (polyfill machine) in-house which is one of the most basic and important materials used in filled products.
We have 01 polyfill manufacturing plant with a capacity to produce 2,000 KGS of polyfill per day.

CUSHION BLOW FILLING MACHINES:
As filled products is our one of the biggest strength. We keep on improving in this aspect and updating our machines to always have a competitive edge.
We installed an automatic blow filled cushion machine to have better and even filling in the cushion.
We also have bar-tack machine and vacuum machine to make the cushion business most viable for our customer.
QUILTING MACHINES:
 As bed in a bag business is not possible without in-house quilting Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd decided to install quilting machines of their own.
•    04 sets of computerized single niddle machine.
•    Can produce up to 250 different designs.
•    Quilting capacity of 2,000 pieces per day.

FOAM MANUFACTURING PLANT:
To compliment Foam with polyfill in our filled products, Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd also went into putting up foam manufacturing plant.
As one of our main strength lies in filled products we have to maintain high quality of the raw material hence we got both the main components that are foam and Polyfill in-house.
The plant has the capacity of producing 3,000 Kgs per day.
AUTOMATIC CHAIR SEAT FILLING PLANT:
Customized, state of art automatic garden chair seat filling plant to offer our customers the exact chair seat according their size and spec required. Due to automatic filling we are able to maintain the high quality of our product which provides a competitive edge to our customer.
Capacity up to 3x 40’ ft containers per day.

STITCHING UNIT:
•    Wider width, long range cutting table.
•    Narrow width automatic laying and cutting machine
•    400 basic operations stitching machines.
•    50 special operation stitching machine which is including bar-tack, eyelet machine, kaj machine and ultra sonic laser cutting machines.

PROCESSING:
As Mount Fuji Textiles Ltd depends on commercial source of getting the fabric processed and finished.  As we do not have in-house processing.
To make this process much more effective and efficient the company has established strategic alliance with the major processing house in the country. This helps us maintaining our quality standards specified by the customer.
We can offer our customers all types of different printing and dyeing techniques like Disperse, Pigments, and Reactive & Disperse Reactive. We can also offer to our customer all different kinds of special finishes as per their requirement.
We can print all repeat sizes up till 101 cm and can print designs up till 16 colors.
We are an OEKO-TEX certified company.
