Sandler disposes of the latest technologies which allow a combination of different production procedures. Thereby, the company is able to realise customised composite materials, multi-layer structures and innovative products with specific properties: Carded nonwovens, needle-punched, thermobonded or thermofused, or bonded by means of high-pressure water jets in the spunlace process, as well as meltblown nonwovens made from resins. Sandler nonwovens are utilised in the most diverse markets. In the hygiene segment, Sandler offers nonwovens for applications from baby care, to feminine hygiene through to adult incontinence products and medical uses. With Sandler nonwovens, diapers, panty liners and plasters become even more effective. These materials are exceptionally pure and feel impressively soft and pleasant on the skin. Wet wipes for daily care, disposable wipes for quick and effortless cleaning: Sandler wipes substrates are ideal starting material and are applied in baby care, cosmetics, industrial and household cleaning. Embossing and printing motifs can be designed individually. For many years, Sandler nonwovens have been an integral part of the automobile. They offer ready-to-use solutions for acoustically highly efficient absorbers in interior and exterior applications, carrier materials for moulded parts and seat upholstery. In more than 50 car models worldwide these lightweight, single-polymer materials help to lower energy consumption already during production. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning; filtration in the automobile of synthetic vacuum cleaner bags: Sandler filter media in classes G2 to H11 allow people and the environment to breathe freely again. They are non-fibre-shedding and free from bacteriological risk and can therefore even be used in cleanroom environments. While often hidden, technical nonwovens from Sandler perform amazingly: as packaging material, insulation or hydroponics supports. Sandler offers the know-how of various manufacturing and processing technologies and creates new nonwoven solutions – from the construction industry, to technical insulation, through to other industrial applications. In home textiles synthetic Sandler nonwovens are highly robust and durable, feature outstanding breathability and purity. In mattresses and quilts, cushions, sofas, armchairs, office chairs, all-purpose cloths or outdoor jackets: Sandler nonwovens make life noticeably more pleasant, even when they can't be seen.
