SAP Renovation limited liability company has been renovating instruments since 1990. We pride ourselves on being the largest in Europe piano and grand piano renovation company. SAP is situated in Kalisz – the city renowned for its College of Piano and Grand Piano Building. Most of SAP’s employees are the College graduates.
Clients’ satisfaction is our main priority. We do our best to satisfy your needs. We make the whole host of investments because it is the company’s development and quality improvement that counts most. We keep extending the machinery range, we have bought a purpose built, ecologically advanced lacquer shop.
Our employees take part in a variety of trainings aimed at boosting their professional qualifications. As for clients’ service – we invest in modern computer software and we train our salespersons each of whom speaks fluently at least two foreign languages. Our enforcing of the strategy described above results in a significant quality improvement, order realization efficiency and competitive prices. These, in turn, contribute to the constant increase of the renovation orders. Currently, we make 500 renovations a year.
Our team consists of 58 people each of whom has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience. Due to the professional approach of our employees, our company has become a recognized partner for customers from Europe, the USA, Canada and Asia.
In order to show our renovations to a wider public, since time immemorial we have been exhibiting at the two most important music fairs: in Europe at Frankfurt Music Messe and in the USA at NAMM Show Anaheim in Los Angeles.
