In 1985, the business economist (Dipl.) Gottfried Scholz took over the marketing for the in Frankfurt am Main in 1957 established company for factory and office equipment and set the ground stone for the company now known as Scholz Regalsysteme GmbH.
Step by step since 1985, a concentration followed in the shelving sector. This specialising also successively caused the change from Scholz Betriebseinrichtungs GmbH to Scholz Regalsysteme GmbH. The marketing transposed to shelf manufacturing. The company developed its own shelving system.

During the years 2000-2002 complete new methods of production and techniques have been developed. This enabled a combination of new production programs and cost reduction of manufacturing techniques leading up to system patent registration.
With the beginning of the year 2003, the local production of M-System® shelves started. At the same time, the patented Rad-Mark®, the world's first complete customer-wheels-organization system (KROS) launched into the market.
In 2007, Scholz presented the first shelving system built on one level for a combined storage of parts, accessories, wheels, tires and rims. This states a revolution of the classic storage building for the automotive industry and tire trade.
The online shop was launched in September 2008 at www.scholz-regalsysteme.de and www.regal-komm.com.

The strong point of the company lies in the sector of manufacturing and marketing of shelf, tire, plate, roll and multi-level pallet racks. The business segment “Automotive Solutions” is specialized in the requirements of the automotive industry and tire dealers. Scholz Regalsysteme is the only complete supplier of an organization system for the storage of customer wheels.
The company has revolutionized the storage of parts in the automotive aftermarket with a shelving system, which can store parts and wheels/tires and rims in a system on one level without disturbing floors.
According to the company’s customer-oriented conception first priority is given to consulting and service by qualified personnel. Scholz Regalsysteme has its own field service for consulting. The company’s organization and installation consultants develop solutions adjusted individually to the customers’ requests. We guarantee fast and reliable delivery of our economical racking solutions.
The approved high quality standard of all our racking systems has been continuously improved during the last decades. The assortment structure is oriented exclusively towards the customers’ needs and requirements and is permanently extended. Therefore, the company is able to manufacture all the shelf solutions of the product line specified above by itself and to deliver one-stop. We issue a 5-year guarantee as well as a ten-year additional delivery guarantee for our rack systems.
Scholz products are exported to 15 countries of Western and Eastern Europe. Since 2006 Scholz Regalsysteme has not only been represented on the home markets of Germany and Switzerland but also in three East-European countries: Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
At the location of Hofheim large scale supplies of standard products are kept in stock so that any amount can be delivered to any place in Germany at short notice according to the customers’ wishes and prior consultation. The customers are supplied by our own trucks as well as by shippers and parcel services.
Upon customers’ request we also offer complete delivery and assembly of the rack systems by our especially trained service technicians. This ensures efficient and reasonably priced assembly for the customer. Upon request we also provide an extension service for systems already existing.
