SCI was established in 1953, as a manufacturer of electrical components, automobile parts and accessories. We own two factories, one located in Taiwan (140 persons) and the other located in China (850 persons). SCI is QS 9000 & 9001 certified manufacturer in China plant; ISO 9001 certified manufacturer in Taiwan headquarters.
Our International Approval Lab
Starting from product design, mold building to in-house production, SCI employs integrated manufacturing processes in both factories. SCI was the first switch company in Taiwan to pass the UL lab approval, and our labs were certified to WTDP standard in 2004. To fulfill our mission to upgrade products and reliability, SCI recently built additional waterproof testing facilities for IP rating and temperature testing for T120.
Our Patents
SCI owns several patented designs such as round rocker switches. Many more items have patents pending. Focusing on market demand, SCI continues to develop on average over 80 new items every year to meet new market trends and customers’ requirements.
