Design and manufacture of printed fabric labels for the textile industry
The Company
Established in 1989, today Signal Company is the biggest producer of printed fabric labels in Bulgaria.
The aim of the company is to offer and supply high-quality printed fabric labels with the necessary level of service so in this way to meet its customers’ requirements. For 17 years, we have provided quality products, while maintaining an excellent customer service and relationship. Signalhas extended its production area currently totaling 1 600 sq. m. This comprises manufacturing space, offices, meeting room and customer reception area Signal Company has proved to be a leader producer of printed labels to the highest standards of quality through a fully integrated production line.
Our modern printing equipment using the Letterflex Printing System by Focus Label Machinery enables us to produce high-quality printed fabric labels. Our equipment also includes hot and cold slitting machines, printing machines, hot and cold cutting and packing machines.
We are almost eighteen years in the label industry and besides domestic market we supply labels to our customers in France, Germany, Hungary, Serbia and other European countries.
Product range
Our range of printed fabric labels offers a flexible alternative to woven labels for a variety of applications. We produce different kinds of labels – garment labels /garment care labels, care and content labels or composition labels incorporating washcare information/, labels for various home textile products, such as duvets, pillows, mattresses, blankets, quilts and etc, as well as brand logo labels.
In our product range we offer the following basic - Polyester Satin, nice soft material with shiny appearance, the best for printed labels, suitable for all kinds of textile products, particularly these ones with direct contact to skin.
- Nylon Taffeta, suitable for all kinds of textile products, cheaper than polyester satin.
- Polyester, the cheapest and simplest material, the gauziest one, not suitable for multicolor printing.
Production
Our company is equipped to provide you with top quality fabric labels in a short period of time.
Printing can be carried out on both sides of the label - up to 6 colours face and 2 colours reverse. Maximum print width is up to 150 mm. Maximum print lengths – up to 400 mm.
Labels are colourfast – they are resistant to washing and dry cleaning. The printing inks we use correspond to all European and world safety and ecological standards as EcoTex 100, etc.
For finishing we provide hot and cold cut of the labels as well as labels on the reel.
Production process takes approximately 5 business days from the day we receive your order confirmation.
Quality and production control are ensured by Quality Management System ISO 9001.
