INFRASTRUCTURES DETAILS
HAVING
infrastructure spreads over 12 units (total area being approximately 6,00000 seq feet) which are used for cutting, stitching, finishing and packaging operations, apart from the below mentioned integrated manufacturing facilities Highly sophisticated computerized plant for producing 75 tones of high quality yarn per day ensures timely raw material availability and adherence to quality standards of yarn for making defect less fabrics. *Yarn dying with a capacity of 8-10 tones per day further ads the comfort of special colors and assured supply. *High value upholstery, table linen, tapestry, prayer mats and curtain fabrics are made for premium stores in India and abroad at our modern Shuttle less weaving plant with machinery from SOMEt,TSUDAKOMA AND BONAS in widths remain from 140-340 CMS.
• A most modern Circular Knitting plant with computerized jacquard machines in addition to other machines from the most reputed European manufacturers like TERROT AND CAMBER make some of the best weftknits for sportswear, ladies innerwear,nightwear etc.
• A sophisticated embroider plant with schiffli and multi - head embroidery machines from SAURER/LASSER AND ZSK makes some of the finest designs for men’s wear lingerie, Indian ethnic wear, salwar suits, sheer and main curtains etc.in (140-320 CMS width for jointless curtains.) these machines are fully equipped to make all types of embroideries, including borer, cording, sequins etc.
• Warp knitting plant makes specialized tricot fabrics for curtains, furnishing and backing fabrics for lamination,sportswear.
• All these fabrics are marketed after dying/printing/finishing at our own very modern finishing plant with other post process value additions like crushing, raising, shearing, pleating, peaching, transfer printing etc. Our in house R & D laboratory is fully equipped with all the testing apparatus and equipments for quality control, color matching and confirmation to specification.
• After the fabrics are finished to the required quality standard, the finAL manufacturing process is done at the company’s modern stitching unit complete with 50 sewing machines situated at Daman, where the finished products are packed and finally dispatched.
• SVG FASHION has a well trained team of professional designers and merchandisers to handle international and national orders.
