TelForceOne is the largest Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution Centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The Company is seated in Wroclaw, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Poland as well as important transport node in the western part of the country. The Company has been present in the market for 7 years and gained a strong position thanks to it persistence and professional approach. Our Wroclaw office has the area of 4 thousand m2, and the warehouses provied another 12 thousand m2. Employees of TelForceOne capital group make a well-integrated and professional team of over 800 specialists from various disciplines.Currently our offer includes a few dozen thousand items: GSM accessories as well as computer and audio-video accessories. Our products are highly functional and practical, reliable, display modern design, ergonomics and high manufacturing quality.
TelForceOne offers consumables compatible with all printing devices used in offices. The offer is targeted at various market segments, including individual customers, small and average-size offices and corporations. TF1 Supplies Line is the line of products including cartridges for printers and all-in-one inkjet printers, cartridges for monochrome and colour laser printers, ribbons for dot-matrix printers, thermal transfer ribbons, kits for refilling inkjet cartridges. The Company is continuously broadening its range of copying machine products. The Company offers over 500 various types of consumables. TF1 Supplies Line products ensure top quality printing as well as print durability and colours. TelForceOne manufacturing and sales management process is in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. TF1 products feature top quality at low price. Each TF1 Supplies Line product is delivered with the authenticity hologram confirming the product origin and authenticity. Printing device accessories are tested in technologically advanced laboratories where they are subject to quality control including several stages: drying time, density, viscosity, surface tension, colour range. The filling process is computer-controlled and components are manufactured from top quality materials. The defect rate in the period between March 2006 and March 2007 was 0.6% and was one of the lowest on the market. TF1 Supplies Line inkjet cartridges are covered by a 24–month warranty, ribbons are covered by a 12-month warranty and toners are warranted "up to the end of toner in the cartridge". TelForceOne offers consumables for the equipment of the following brands: Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Kyocera, OKI, Samsung, Xerox, Minolta, Panasonic, Philips, Citizen, Sharp, Siemens-Nixdorf and other.
Distribution stands for the other branch of our business model. The majority of orders is realised through the Internet (www.telforceone.eu). Our customers have access to an in-house developed IT system ensuring on-line access to pictures of goods, information on the expected delivery dates, settlements, orders, consultants’ working hours, complaint status as well as device compatibility browser. TelForceOne continues to broaden its range of consumables to meet the needs of each customer. TF1 Supplies Line products are successfully delivered to over 20 European countries, including Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France and Romania
