TXTMAKE is a configurable order management system for making, scheduling and execution of construction contracts. It combines the features of APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and can provide a total solution for manufacturing companies.
The modular structure, standard interfaces and years of practical experience, however, allow an integration into an existing system landscape, including an optimal interaction of the individual special solutions.
By a real-time simulation, it provides a holistic view of the manufacturing situation in the light of resources, tools and staff capacity, availability of material and all feedback about the status of processing. This makes it possible to map the supply chain and making targeted influence in the supply chain to keep such as the delivery date.
The system allows control of the production from existing requirements (sales orders, budget figures and / or minimum stock) and supports different scenarios for the formation of construction contracts, the scheduling and execution.
TXTMAKE can be integrated via a standard interface with existing ERP systems, is optional but also available as a complete system with integrated ERP system. It supports the purchase (wrong material, purchase requisitions) as well as distribution (delivery statements).
With its modular design, the solution may be tailored to specific customer requirements. In particular, the fashion and textile industry requires special features such as version management, alternative in-house and external production, integration of transport and batch control, which can be managed by the system.
