Welcome to Union Technik – Innovative service contractor for petroleum industry
Since more than 35 years we are offering our customers, as a kind of general contractor, full service around petrol stations and all the equipment.
As a leading service contractor in Germany we are working for international and national companies. Our services start in the early process with the planning of petrol stations. They include turn-key-projects, reconstructions and repairs. Our focus are maintenance and Facility Management. In line with special projects, like PVR (petrol vapour recovery) stage II, we fulfil our customers expectations.
With the aid of our internet based Service- and Logistic platform SLIM®, in 2002 awarded with the „Deutschen Internet Preis“, we optimised our order processing and the transparency between all parties: site partner, network owner/com-pany, contractor, our engineers and maybe sub contractors. The order processing became easier, faster, more trans-parent and more efficient.
Other innovative pillars of our concept are DigiTop®, the mobile and digital reporting for our engineers and also EqiTop®, the mobile and digital inventory analysis on site. With the aid of MDA`s DigiTop® is able to receive and send back all service reports from our headquarter. It works via UMTS in real time. The order processing and later the handling become easier and faster. With EqiTop® we do the inventory on site also with the MDA. The big advantage is, that all the data are sent instantly into our database, where they can be used directly. With these tools we are producing more transparency und a higher efficency.
With 130 qualified employees we look after more than 2.000 properties in Germany with different technical equipment and devices. I.e. we handle more than 40.000 processes p.a. in technical and infrastructural sectors. Continuous reporting and integrated controlling complete our services. Because of the european union and new legislations we look after other countries like England etc.. In Vienna, Austria we opened our office in summer 2006.
Because our services, especially Facility Management, find more and more favour with other companies like catering or retail, we founded our competence center, INOCASA GmbH, who support those Outlets.
