J&D is located in Huiyang City, Guang Dong (China); it only takes one hour from ShenZhen to the factories.  In Mainland China, we’ve produced guitars over 36 years.  Now, we have owned 3 factories and over 700 workers.  The 1st factory mainly produces Electric Guitars and Bass guitars.  We do OEM for IBANEZ, EHIPHINE, DEAN, ARIA, GIBSON,FENDER , etc.   The 2nd factory is a Material Plant.  It produces half-completed products that we need for ourselves.  The 3rd one is Acoustic Guitar Factory. Also, we have another OEM factories to produce wood guitar with lower price.  

Now, our production is about 30,000 pcs for electric guitars and 15,000 pcs for wood guitars monthly.  The leadtime for middle-price guitar and lower-price guitar is about 3 months. For electric products, it is about 3.5 - 4 months.  Policy of payment term is L/C at sight or T/T 30% before shipment, 70% paid after on board date. The guitars orders are increasing now and in future, so we are also planning to build a new factory for extending the guitar production.
