Özkan & Merve Textile LTD. was first founded in 1980 in Laleli/Istanbul. Although started with seven employees in the first year, the company has achieved the aims all along in the curtain products in a very short time.
Along with the close follow up on technologic advancements and investments, the company established a factory named Mertül with 350 emloyees and become an exporting company to all countries all over the world.
